This website is operated by SnugPlay. Throughout the Site, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to SnugPlay. We provide this Site, including its information, tools, products and services, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the policies linked here.

By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you use our “Service” and agree to these Terms. They apply to visitors, customers and anyone who submits content through the Site. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

We may reject, limit or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is inaccurate, payment is not authorized, or an order appears fraudulent or intended for unauthorized resale. If we change or cancel an order, we may contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
